What is "White" Sharia? (Yes, this is a Thing)

Life was cheap to those who created Sharia. Sadly, Americans on the hard right/Alt-Right are openly talking about what their own version of Sharia would look like in the context of non-Islamic European-Americans.

White Sharia is a meme that likely began in late 2016. As far as I can tell, the Alt-Right podcast The War Room was one of the first to explore the idea and for almost two hours the hosts flesh out a graphic vision of white rape gangs and more.

White Sharia is conceptualized as a corrective to the decadence of Western feminism that has led many of our sisters and wives to debauch themselves in prodigal living resulting in less white babies and weaker marriages. This makes demographic replacement by non-Westerners/non-whites inevitable.

It should be mentioned that the Alt-Right and meme culture is based on irony and jokes meant to shock and steer conversation. Much like third-wave feminism, it's full of half-truths.

White Sharia is open to such heinous activities as "corrective rape" and polygamy to forcefully impregnate obstinate Western women of "good genes" who refuse to carry and birth children. By the calculation of White Sharia advocates, this strategy would jack-up desirable female genetic contribution during peak childbearing years that are usually lost to empowered promiscuity and careerism. Earlier childbirth means fewer sexual partners which equals stronger marriages. 

Andrew Anglin, infamous proprietor Alt-Right site The Daily Stormer once mentioned that Western women will eventually need to choose between Islamic Sharia and White Sharia. 

I've found that Leftists, "normies", and most conservative-types don't really understand the Alt-Right or meme-culture. They either don't get the high levels of irony or they pretend they don't. Much of the Alt-Right's belief-cycle plays out as follows (roughly):

1. Become conversant in spiritually/morally dangerous ideas (National Socialism, "helicopter rides" etc) in order to trigger your enemies and signal to fellow travelers.
2. Deploy ironic memes based on these ideas.
3. Begin to actually sympathize with the above ideas and/or start to see other human beings as vermin/sub-human/contemptible.

Ultimately, and these are just the facts, the Alt-Right and White Sharia are the result of the leftwing's war on traditional morality plus identity politics. It's also a result of the capitulation of establishment, economically-minded Republicans in government. The war, the identity politics, and the capitulation are all evil.

This is all totally antithetical to the Church's vision of complementary vocations for husbands and wives. Additionally, race/ethnicity are irrelevant in Christ. Christ transcends that for us. We don't have to obsess over it anymore.

Not unlike leftists today, there is a preoccupation in the Alt-Right with earthly justice with no concept of ultimate victory in the eschaton where God will "wipe away every tear" (Rev 21.4). Orthodox Christians have nothing to learn from Islam or Mohammed and ought not take cues from them. We have the fullness of the Truth and life with the witness of the saints. Darkness does not comprehend the light (Jn 1.5).

That said, it's unsurprising in this fallen world that some men would put their foot down and take on the role of oppressor in jest or in reality. If these men can do-no-right in the eyes of our culture's wicked pseudo-reality -- what do they have to lose? It's not right, but it's one of the choices the culture gave them so some men are going to choose it. Surprise, surprise.

In doing so, not only will you naturally arrive at a more workable political strategy, but you will have eradicated one more remnant of anti-white indoctrination from your core being.

Convicted Jihadist Rises to Top Post at London Southwark Council

Convicted jihadist, Mulumebet Girma, was given a "top job" at the Southwark Council in London in 2013. She served time for assisting in the attempted murder of Tube passengers in 2005. Here's the Sky News coverage.

Girma was fired from her post at the council after her involvement in the terror plot came to light.

In a statement, Girma claims she told her employer that she had been jailed. Yet, seemingly, no one could be bothered to run a proper background check or type her name into a DuckDuckGo or Google search bar. A simple search would have uncovered her role in the July 21, 2005 terror plot with her brother-in-law, Hussein Osman. 

It took me less than 20 seconds before finishing my morning coffee to find her very own Wikipedia page. Get an eyeful.

According to the BBC's report, Girma's position at the council did not give her access to police watch list data. Access to such information would put Londoners directly in harm's way if she were still waging political jihad. Even if she repented of her involvement in the 2005 terror plot there's still the risk of her being "gotten to" by those itching to bring Londoners into submission. 

That said, The Sun reports that she controlled a database that listed individuals with potential "links to terrorism..." 

What more can be said about this precarious situation? London has a habit of hiring negligent and/or degenerate elements to their housing councils. Remember the infamous Rotherham rape gang cover-up? PC culture seems to grease the gears of council business.

The Status of Women in Islam (with two videos)

Muslim apologists put forward the claim that Islam liberated women in the 7th century and ever after. Our federal government, via the National Park Service (who knew they were so concerned over promoting Islam instead of running the National Parks!), is promoting this utter fabrication via a new video series:

People think that Islam oppresses women and there’s no equality, but they’re wrong – there’s equity… 7th century A.D. Islam gave women the right to be involved in politics, the right to earn and keep her own money. Islam gave women the right to work outside of the home, Islam gave women the right to own property, Islam gave women the right to divorce, Islam gave women the right to choose who she marries. Islam gave women a whole bunch of rights that Western women acquired later in the 19th and 20th centuries and we’ve had these rights since the 7th century A.D. and it’s just not acknowledged worldwide.

It should be noted that the Muslim Brotherhood strongly condemned the UN's Declaration on Women's Rights. And women in Afghanistan would likely disagree with the National Park's Islamic Promotional Service.

Thankfully, David Wood over at Answering Muslims, sets the record straight using Islamic source texts, including hadiths about Muhammad's actual teachings about women, and specific verses from the Quran, in this brief presentation:

According to the Qur'an, Muslim men can beat their wives into submission (4:34) and rape their female captives (4:24). Muhammad taught his followers that the testimony of women is unreliable because women are stupid and immoral (Qur'an 2:282; Sahih al-Bukhari 2658; Sahih Muslim 142). Muhammad's wife Aisha even said that, in her lifetime, Muslim women were treated worse than non-Muslim women (Sahih al-Bukhari 5825). Amazingly, modern Muslims claim that Islam liberates women!

Female Muslim Convert from Michigan who died in Syria fighting for Jihadists

This tragic story (scroll down for the Reuters report) raises questions about what prompts people to convert to Islam, especially Christians, and especially young Christian women.

It hits somewhat close to home, as several years ago a young woman from my parish committed apostasy and converted to Islam. Though she seemed to convert through marriage, she had long held affinities for Islam through her experiences with Muslim friends in college. After converting, she soon fully embraced wearing the hijab, and was sharing her new found faith through local news op eds and interviews, as well as staying in regular touch with some of my friends in the parish, presumably to witness her new faith to them. My friends and I lost touch with her after several years, so presumably she is still in the "moderate" Muslim camp, though last we knew, she and her husband were living in a city with a large mosque with an extremist imam and radical ties.

One can understand to some extent the counter-cultural attraction Islam may have for a young woman of modest manner, who sees the hijab as a desirable thing. Yet the irony is that in the Orthodox Church, a woman can also wear a head covering, and is encouraged to practice not only outward modesty, but inward holiness, being given exalted models of womanhood to emulate, from the Virgin Mary herself, to the Myrrhbearing Women, to the heroic martyrs Catherine and Barbara, St Macrina the Elder, grandmother to three saints of the Church, St Mary of Egypt, and many, many others.

In our own day, here in America, it often seems women monastics are setting the most consistent example for the monastic life, such as at Holy Transfiguration in Ellwood City and the Dormition of the Mother of God Monastery in Michigan.

Similarly, in parish life, women are every bit the pillars as the men, perhaps even more so based on my experiences, teaching church school, organizing charitable drives, welcoming visitors, serving on parish council, organizing retreats, helping form and disciple young women converts and couples, singing in the choir, leading youth camp retreats, etc.

There is simply no reason for a young woman to reject this vibrant, living tradition of sanctity, holiness, virtue, and above all, devotion to Jesus Christ, the Blessed Trinity, and the Orthodox Church. Thus cases like the young woman from my parish are clear-cut examples of spiritual delusion of some kind or another.

In her case, she came from a Quaker upbringing, with the general principle to "embrace truth wherever you find it." This syncretistic philosophy is the heretical obverse of St Justin's teaching of the "Seeds of the Logos" planted in all peoples and faith traditions, whereby a Christian can discern the points which will resonate for their non-Christian friends and acquaintances, from which she/he may begin to witness to them the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Sadly, this notion eluded this young woman, who bought into the Muslim claim that Islam properly venerates Jesus, and that Islam and Christianity are fully compatible. She seemed unable to understand or accept our priest's warning to her that if she married a Muslim man she would be excommunicating herself from the Church and denying Jesus Christ, committing outright apostasy. Thank God for his clear, true and loving pastoral counsel, yet she completely rejected his words, and is now in serious spiritual danger, though we hope and pray for her to repent and return to Christ.

Other counter-jihad writers have felt prompted by the tale of this Michigan woman to ask why yet another convert to Islam felt compelled to wage jihad, and why no mainstream Muslim organizations in the U.S. offer any solutions or programs to teach Muslims to reject the jihadist teachings. Of course, as we know, the Quran and all of Islam's source texts and all its schools of jurisprudence command offensive jihad as obligatory upon all Muslims. If they cannot fight, they are called upon to support the jihad, hence the continuous prosecutions of terrorist funding cases in the U.S. and elsewhere.

But here, we must reflect on the loss of a poor, deceived soul, who thought she was finding life, and is instead in the grave here, and God alone knows the condition of her soul after death.

The frightful tragedy of the Michigan woman who was killed fighting on behalf of jihadists in Syria is yet another shocking reminder of the pervasive spiritual blindness of our time, and of the powerful delusions unleashed upon our age.

Female convert to Islam from Michigan dies in Syria fighting for the jihadists.

A 33-year-old Michigan woman and convert to Islam has been killed in Syria while fighting with opposition forces against the government of President Bashar Assad in the country's civil war, her family said on Thursday.

The woman's aunt told Reuters that the FBI had informed her on Thursday afternoon of the death of her niece, Nicole Mansfield of Flint, but said she did not have the details of how she died.

"I'm just devastated," said the aunt, Monica Mansfield Speelman. "Evidently, she was fighting with opposition forces."

Speelman said Mansfield, a single mother of an 18-year-old daughter, had converted to Islam about five years ago but that she did not know when her niece had traveled to Syria.

"I didn't think she would stoop that low to go over there and try to harm anybody," Speelman said of her niece, who she said had worked at a group home....
